    parser module cannot parse the file – how to deal with this issue?

    I’m frequently getting client files from Illustrator, Photoshop that I can’t open in either programs. I get the “parser module cannot parse the file” dialogue box.

    I’m running Win2000 Pro; Photoshop 5, Illustrator 8.
