Parented Layer’s Actual Position
Hello, if I have a 3D layer that represents, say, a torch. Its anchor point is the handle at the bottom. I then have a null object parented to this layer, aligned with the “lit” end of the torch. Can I pull the actual position values of the null object based on my transformations of the parent layer?
In other words, I want to attach my particle generator point to the end of the torch, but this is not the anchor point. (keeping in mind it’s in 3d and will need the full 3d location of the parented object. Thank you!
