Parent / Child relationship to Nested Seq
Nested Sequence was cut into a existing Seq.
Then duplicated onto another layer.
If I affect bottom layer it acts independently to the duplicated top layer.
Is there a way to tie these together. ie have a parent child relationship where the top layer (child) is affected when the bottom layer (parent) is initially affected.
I have a work around I was just wonder if you could build this relationship.

No actually trim or move clips.
However we figured out something though.
If you double clip on the seq in the browser thus opening the sequence and then make changes, the effect will appear in both your nested seq in the previous timeline. ie parent / child relationship.
But those nested seq act independently if affected directly in the timeline.
Well I learned my bit for the day.

Copy and paste creates a unique separate sequence. To keep the relationship, edit the nested seq from the browser/bin into the timeline. Twice in your case.
