Pardon the bump, but…how does one troubleshoot Compressor 2?
I acknowledge that I have posted about this earlier, but, I humbly ask just one more time-
Does anyone know why I am having “Failed: Media server suddenly quit” messages when I try to output from FCP 5 to Compressor 2? Please take a look at my rig below.
We are so busy & I am hoping in earnest that perhaps there is a solution to this problem because exporting QT and dropping it in Compressor is not as fast as a simple export.
Do I need to reinstall? As everyone here knows, Studio is a one number install-
Please consider, if you have any information that may get us out of the hole, replying to this post. Even a little encouragement would be wonderful.

Hello again-
In addition to work here at the suite I have been busy working on another bay which is my system exactly, with the addition of a 2.8TB Xraid. Does the fast storage facilitate ease of use with Compressor 2?
