parade float ideas
Say you wanted to make a parade float on a used semi trailer chassis. And instead of the traditional built-up prop structures, you used video all over it, a rolling glass box in effect. How would you imagine it? LED panels, rear-projection from the inside center, fake hologram peppers ghost screens? Laser projection? A combination?
The idea is to make one float that could instantly change themes and update the message, and be daylight-readable. It would mix still images with animation.
If doing the peppers ghost thing, it would mix live performers with projections, say, a futuristic couple in space suits on an alien planet, menaced by aliens or robots or some such. But it has to be daylight visible at typical parade float spectator distances.

Was curious to know if you had decided on a method for this and if you had started to put anything into motion. I’d like to see the final result if you pull it off.
