I want to pan and zoom a clip. At its simplest I pan and zoom right at the start and then just leave it at that size. But when I look at the clip in the Preview it does not match the pan indicted by the Pan/Zoom pane. The Preview is much more heavily cropped.

I have to hope I am doing something wrong. But this is a vanilla Pan/Zoom, with no changes made to default settings in the Pan/Zoom Pane.

Can anyone let me know what’s going on?

    Thanks for any help.

We should have a “Start-Over” Icon. I know mine would be worn out by the end of the week. Undo and Redo just ain’t the same . . . .

It’s called an Edit History. Vegas desperately needs it. It should allow you to undo to here, undo only this…etc. It probably will add load to the Preview but if we are really aiming at performance PCs there is a need to have the option……
