    Panning movement on stills in Motion tab, lands roughly

    Is there a way to make some of my pans across an image land more
    softly?

    Also, when I take a cropped vintage photo, rotate to dissolve into
    a reenactment, then end of the transition is kinda lands hard or
    slightly rocks.

    Right click on the keyframe in the viewer and choose smooth.
