    Hello.

I have some difficulties to solve the dilemma regarding video pan/crop and project size to restrict any interpolation from Upsizing.

I have a video in 1920x1080px size. I cut it into several pieces, joined in one track and applied same crop size 1600x900px to all of them. But the project size remains as 1920×1080. This means that my video still be rendered in project size and this destruct the pixels, resizing them.

Now I would like to know how to make changes so that it wouldn’t get interpolated and rendered with no pixel loss? Should I change project size to 1600×900 also?

    Regards.

In the Pan/Crop Source Options try selecting “No” for “Stretch to Fill frame”. Works in MS12 but I don’t know about MS13.

Yes. If you want to render 1600×900 you should change your project to match that. Then everything will be cropped correctly.
