Panasonic P2 Store Manager Screens on a Mac
I am able to mount and copy over files from the P2 Store but can’t figure out how to access the P2 Store Manager Screens: overview page, HDD page, S.M.A.R.T page, etc. as shown in the manual.
What am I doing wrong? I’ve installed all the software from the CD’s that came with the P2 Store and Camera and looked at Panasonics website for additional installations.

The only software from Panasonic that works on the mac, is the driver for the P2 Card. The Store manager etc only work on PC (XP).

You do not need the Manager software to mount and move the files from the P2 Store to the Mac. All you need to do is to mount it and the partitions on the P2 store will show up on the desktop as individual drives. From there, move them to your Media Archive Drive and you will be fine.

If you want good P2 management software for the Mac, spend $99 and look up P2 Log. It might be what you are looking for.

Yes, thank you Jeremy, that is what I am using. A mac solution should have come with the product.
