I’m trying to get to the HALF Shutter on My HDX900 but it seems to be stuck in Syncro Scan when I flip the shutter switch on. How do I get out of that mode? When I hit “Select” it goes through the normal 100 …. 500, 1000, 2000 and then instead of HALF (next) I’m in “Synchro Scan” mode. Thanks for any help you can provide.

In the “Main Menu” (accessed by holding the front “Menu” button for 3 sec) under “Operations”, you can choose what functions come up as you scroll thru the shutter selections. I believe there are 6 slots, and “Half” has to be chosen as one of the selections to come up as you scroll the 6 slots.
