Panasonic Frame Rate Converter Not working
I need to change a 60i clip to 23.98 and I installed the Frame Rate Converter from the disk into the proper folder.
The tool shows up in the TOOLS menu bar but it doesn’t pull up a pop up window or anything.
What else can I do I need these files to be 23.98 and CInema Tools just slows down the clip when I change the rate. -
