  Panasonic AV-HS400AN 1080/60i Compatibility

  Using HS400AN (SysVer 2.00.03) at 1080/59.94i setting. Using Canon HD cameras at 1080/60i (only option) thru AJA HA5 HDMI-to-HD/SDI converters to HS400AN with no problem. Set Kramer VP-436 switcher/scaler to fixed 1080/60i and tried inputting thru HA5 into another HS400AN input, but get no video even though both cameras and VP-436 show digital signal lock on their HA5 converters. Switch to 720p and get VP-436 video on the HS400AN, but cameras don’t operate at 720p.

  Any suggestions as to why the camera 1080/60i feed works, but the VP-436 1080/60i feed doesn’t?
