    Hi
    I am trying to change my aspect conversion from squeezed to Normal but it wont let me change it. I am shooting in Film cam mode at 25 frames in 720P, Can someone let me know how i change the aspect conversion in the camera setup in the menu,
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

    HD formats are always 16:9, which for some reason Panasonic labels Squeeze, this can only be changed with SD settings.

    DVCPro HD always records 4×3 anamorphic. Your NLE should correct for the aspect ratio conversion.

    The squeeze, letterbox and normal menu settings affect the component and composite video outs of our HPX500. It’s useful when monitoring with SD monitors.
