Panasonic AGVX200
Anybody here has experience working with the Panasonic AGDVX200 and MC6.5 ?, my avid won´t recognize the MP4 files i record with this camera.

That’s a 4K camera, and MC 6.5 doesn’t do 4K. Do you know if they shot 4K with it? or 1080?
That’s a VERY new camera format. And you are running an old version of Avid MC. You MIGHT see if there is a Panasonic AMA plugin for that specific camera. The site only lists ones for DVCPRO HD, AVCIntra and AVCCAM.

Might need to use something like RESOLVE or EditReady to convert the footage to something you can import.

Thanks, although it is a 4k camera it can also shoot in SD, 780, 1080, i´ll check out the leads you provide me.

Sorry, i misread, i shoot in 1080p and 1080i, none works.

You’ll need to convert with an outside third party app, as the camera is too new for that version of Avid. EditReady is great for this. divergentmedia.com
