Panasonic AG-AC90 Pixel Shift
So what’s the deal with pixel shift here. They mention native HD sensors. Is this to compensate for the image stabilization?

No they use the pixel shift to gain more resolution, like up to 4K and that is then downsized to 2K. This gives like 1000 lines of resolution off of 1/4″ imagers.
