Pan Audio Center
I have a whole sequence with audio which only comes out one channel. Panning the audio to the center solves his issue however, what’s the fastest way to do this? Is there a filter that does this or do i need to go to every individual clip and pan the audio?

Fix the pan issue with one of your clips. Then select the clip, copy the clip, then highlight all other audio clips and perform the paste attributes function. Paste the Pan attribute and you should be good to go.

Or select all your clips on the timeline and press {Control} and {full stop} together.

Select the track with the T key.
Modify Menu> Audio> pan Center (CNTRL . )Best,
