pan and zoom
I am looking for a program that automatically pan and zooms on stills.. I have a ton of them all I want it to be able to give it a duration but have the effects happen automatically.. is there software out there like this for windows

I should have taken a little more time on my post, looking for a program similar to this

If you have BCC you could get the upgrade, it comes with a new Ken Burns effect filter called “Pan and Zoom”
https://www.borisfx.com/product/continuum/after_effects/It may be overkill if you purchase it outright just for that one filter (that whole package is amazing though).
you would almost be better off buying a mac with iMovie (it comes with a Ken Burns effect).~~~
