A better description of your problem may lead to better answers, but yes, you can crop video in AE. One way to do it is to simply draw a mask, but I’m not sure that’s what you need. Are you trying to do a 4:3 crop from a 16:9, or 16:9 from 4:3? What format, aspect ratio, resolution? What is the final result of what you’re trying to achieve?
