  PAL VHS ingest into FCP 6?

  Hello

  I have a few PAL VHS tapes which I need to use in an NTSC sequence, and I’d like to know the best way to import those into FCP 6.0.2? I have a PAL VHS player, and the BlackMagic Intensity Pro card on a MAC PRO 3.0 GHz machine.

  Never yet use Intensity card. What’s the best way to do this? I know VHS is the worst, but that’s what I have to deal with. Do I just plug the cables from the VHS deck into the back of the Intensity card (if so what settings should I choose on the Intensity Pro) or is there a better quality way?
