    PAL to NTSC software/technique

    Hi there,

    I am working with creating SVHS PAL tapes into PAL DVD’s through Adobe Premiere 6.5 on a PC.

    Actually what we would like is making the NTSC master DVD’s from the PAL tapes.

    I am in India and experimented with some software and the result was too bad…the whole video on DVD was greenish!

    Please suggest something which I can use.

    Canopus Procoder 2.

    I’ve used it before to convert PAL to NTSC and it was
    truly amazing how perfect it turned out.
