    Hello all!

Just wondering if there is any good way of converting PAL progressive to NTSC progressive without stuttering the fluidity of motion?

No, not really. Since any tool needs to “invent” inbetween frames, it will never look perfectly smooth, regardless if its field-based or progressive. You can use the time-stretch effect in AE 7 to good effect, but make sure to stretch each scene separately – this type of filters does not react well to hard cuts or other sudden changes in the footage.
