December 27, 2013 at 12:25 pmIf you’re going to put it on YouTube then use the original format of the source video. So if it’s NTSC, then put NTSC on YouTube. There is no PAL vs NTSC on the web, that distinction is only for hardware playback equipment so all will be good.
