I have an entire interview tape that that was shot with a PAL camera. I need this entire tape to be in NTSC. If I used After Effects to convert it to NTSC, would the sound be in sync?
Note: i’ve searched previous posts, no luck

Most likely not. Anyway, even if it was, it is foolish to atempt it: You will experience noticeable cahnges in pitch and echoing artifacts. Ergo: Do your sound in – erm – a sound editing app.
