PAL HD frame size
anyone have any idea what frame size PAL HD is?
I am thinking the same 1920×1080 but perhaps at 25fps.

HD is HD. There is no NTSC or PAL in the HD world…
There are multiple formats and frame sizes for HD though. You would need to find out what your final delivery is going to be though. That will determine frame rate, size, etc
