PAL for NTSC
I would like to know what would be the result if I use PAL format vids mixed with NTSC in my timeline and render it as an AVI or mpeg2 format for the final product??

It will convert the video that does not match the render properties.

It would be PAL or NTSC, depending on what you chose in your render settings.
