pal canon XL1 s footage 24p conversion
Hi,
I am currently working on a Prem. Pro project that is DV Pal 25fps 4:3. the footage was shot with canon XL1 S in frame mode. I have finished editing and croped it to look like 16:9. My question, what is the best way to convert this footage to 24p, will it make a noticeable difference (not look so like video). My software includes twixtor 4.5 pro (all re vision stuff), magic bullet editors, DV film maker, sapphire effects and BBC 4. I have done some research into the above but little is written about converting pal footage, decreasing the speed by 4% is suggested, I am alittle lost, can simplify the process for me please,Thanks in advance
