    Hi
Shooting with the NTSC AG-HVX200 in 24 frames. Can I interpret the footage with Adobe After Effects. Or convert the footage with Canopus procoder to 25 frames pal, without any problems…..Or do I need two cameras, pal and NTSC. to shoot both formats correctly?
    Thanks
    Martin

You should be able to speed up 24p to 25p just fine, to make “PAL” HD – I don’t see any reason why not.

Don’t see any reason why not, but you’d have to scale up the NTSC video (potentially loosing rez) as well as dealing with the 4% speedup.
