Paint Picture B over Picture A transition
How do I make this effect where I have a static Picture A that plays for like 5s before painting over it with Picture B? I would also need to get a .png image of a paintbrush that simulates the painting action while getting it tracked precisely. All I’m trying to do is sort of like a flip logo transition. So how do I achieve this effect?
