    HI I’ve got CS5.5 on a mac intel. Is there a way to add a grunge brush to the paint tool? The set of brushes there are pretty limited and trying to give some edges of a comp a torn and tattered look. Wasn’t wild about the “roughen edges” effect in ae.

    Rather than use the paint tools in After Effects you could make your torn/rough edges in Photoshop and use that as a track matte for your comp.
