    Paint Effect inverts when image duplicated

    Hey all,

    I have an image that I did a little fixing to and am now trying to duplicate it but when I do the top layer’s paint effect inverts. It is really weird. I hadn’t seen this happen before and have tried deleting the paint effect and then paste it back on and I have tried changing the position of the effects. Nothing seems to be working.

    Any ideas?

    I do have a position and scale move on this image. Just tried pre-composing it to no avail…same thing happens.

    Spoke too soon. I forgot to re-do the effect on the pre-comp. That seems to have done it.
