Pac Subtitles in Final Cut Pro

This is an old thread, but it still pops up a lot.

sayqua.com – https://sayqua.com – provides FCP subtitle creation. You first have to convert .pac to .csv – seems there are free tools out there to do this.

The processing is done entirely online and the cost is $0.50 – $2.00 per file. Total cost depends on the size of the file.
