P2CMS ingest media to different drive
I understand that the P2CMS needs to be installed on my hard drive so it can boot… however – is there a way to designate the media to ingest to something besides my hard drive upon ingest acquire?

If not to a hard drive then to what?

I would like to ingest to a 3TB external drive due to size rather than my hard drive – from there I would like to export (copy) to another 3 TB external drive as an archival backup of the P2 content.
I can’t seem to find where you can designate where the media goes upon ingest.

Load in ur P2 footage. Select all clips to export. Hit CMD-E and a box comes up asking you where to put the files.
