P2 Viewing
Have got a bit lost trying to view P2 material shot on my HPX-250. Have downloaded P2cms and can see the clip thumbnails but cannot play clips – only have audio. The easy to use Panasonic website has become just a blur tying to figure out what is wrong. Can anyone help please?

Would you give details about your system. There were some postings that the panasonic drivers are not completely ready for 64-bit OS’s.
And, you can see everything from the 250’s viewer, right?

Sorry should have detailed the system. Intel MacPro 2011 with Snow Leopard. Pictures on 250 camera are no problem. Thumbnails on MacPro are fine in the P2cms software but click on the thumbnail and the picture is blank but audio is fine. What have I not loaded?

Install the P2 driver on your mac.

Solved by Panasonic help desk – should have asked sooner.
” If video can be seen (I mean play back) on the HPX-250, could you install
“AVC Intra decoder v.1.5” for Mac and re-install the P2CMS then try again?Now all is well.
