P2 viewer plus not recognizing metadata
Running P2 viewer plus on Windows 7 .
When the P2 viewer window opens, it loads the P2 card and the clips, but in the Metadata tab in the lower right window, there is no metadata.
It makes it hard to shoot multiple days on one card and then sort by shoot date or creation date.
When I select the sort function in the View tab, the program crashes, when I select sort and then open the card, it doesn’t sort just loads the card in no particular order.
We have two other Windows 7 based PC’s and they read the Metadata ok.
We use the single slot p2 card reader on all of our computers, I can’t remember the model number.
We have repeatedly downloaded newer versions of p2 viewer plus, but no luck.Thanks for the help.
