P2 to FCP video banding
I have P2 footage from a 2 camera shoot (23.98), transferred into FCP (6.0.5) through log and transfer. One camera is perfect. The other camera has “banding,” like the lines of video do not line up. Talking old school here, it looks like really bad time base error. If I look at the clips in QT viewer, they look fine. But when I bring them into FCP they look bad. Since I used the same workflow for both cameras, i assume it’s not a transfer/disk/process problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmmm. I will try to get a better screen shot. There is definitely something funky in the video. On the road this week, but I’ll send something when I get back to base.
