  P2 Spanned Clip Question

  Does FCX only combine spanned clips from P2 cards when they are stored as “Camera Archives” (which is described in the manual)? I am using “Import Media.” I’m getting two clips for every spanned clip. One partial, and one complete. Or, will I get properly combined clips if I select both of the spanned clips from the two cards? A little confused on what I need to do to make it work correctly.
