P2 sound problem workaround!
Hi all!
Just wanted to say that the beep is gone when you use the second slot!
Just in case someone else gets this weird problem it might

Sounds more like your camera needs repair. You should not need to only use one slot for shooting. Both should work equally well.

I’ve heard this issue is fairly widespread. A DOP friend has exactly this problem and the second slot solution does work. It’s not very pratical to use one slot only though.

I don’t think this is wide-spread or there would be thousands of posts as there are tens of thousands of HVX200s. If you are having this problem, as Noah suggested, you should get it fixed. It is not normal and both slots should operate the same way.
