    Hey all,

Done a handful of projects on HVX200 using P2 cards, and imported into Final Cut Pro using log & transfer. My question is, is there a way to import clips in the order they are shot? Every time I have transferred footage they come out to be all out of order. Ive poked around the settings and preferences but havent quite found what im looking for.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help..

The P2 names are sequential. If you sort by either name or timecode you’ll be sorting in the order that they’re made.

I’m not sure I’d admit that.

Im sorry, but no, they’re not. Ive always sorted by name, and thats why I came here to ask. Ive never even dealt with timecode, so that is why I never thought of that..
