I’d ask this on the Avid forum but my guess is it’s supported natively- i.e. drop files into Avid and start cutting.

I’m using p2 in MC 3.1 on a MacPro and it works great. I transfer the P2 cards or firestore to back-up drives and edited directly, just bringing in the clips(not the media) using drop down menu under “file-import P2-clips to bin” I’m able to edit without bringing in the actual media on to my Avid drives. I only bring in the media if I need to output to tape and my usual delivery method is export to DVD.Check this out- https://www.avid.com/p2/
