We’re considering buying a new laptop for our studio. We’d like to have a laptop that we can plug the P2 cards into. However, the new MacBook Pro doesn’t have a standard PCMI input, but an Expresscard 34 slot! Is there some way to connect a P2 card to this??

    Thanks,

    Jason

Not directly. You will need to either use the camera, get the 5-port card reader or P2 Store. I hear there is an adaptor in the works, but don’t have any details about the release.

These people have told me that they have one in the works and it will be compatible with the p2 cards
