P2 import error
So I received three hard drives with P2 card footage on them. Upon mounting the drive and attempting to import the mxf files, I get so far as to be able to see the thumbnails and timecode, etc., but when I try to import one or all of the files, I get an error message saying that it can’t import them. Is there something I’m not doing right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the drives with the clips full because when you import the media clips they do re-render as quicktimes, thus you need sufficient drive space.

Your piece did the trick. I was working off of 5.0.3 and had to update it to 5.0.4. No problems after that. Thanks a ton.Michaelblack
