P2 folder will not transfer
Hello,
The power to our camera was pulled while it was still recording to the second P2 card. We copied the P2 cards to the desktop and formatted the cards. The cards,1&2 appear in the log and transfer window as one file–spanned however it will not transfer. It sits idle in the queue with the red exclamation point. All the footage from our other cameras transferred without problems.Any thoughts? -

Is the footage still on the card? If so, repair the card in camera using the repair clip function that is available in thumbnail view.
