I’m having the same problem as this post and i have updated to 6.0.5 Was there ever a solution to this problem?

I have tried the reversed pulldown in the log and transfer window, as well as in the tools menu and both are incorrect creating interlaced footage

    P2 flagging incorrect frame rate?

We got clips from an HDX 500 and they come in flagged as 1080p30, however the camera guys swears they were shot 1080i 24p. They have the three progressive frames followed by two interlaced frames, just like the old 24 fps film transferred to Beta used to look like, but this stuff is very juddery.

What gives? How can the clips be flagged incorrectly?

    Or are they?

If you still got a copy of the P2 cards you can have a look in into the P2 clip XMLs. There you can see how they where recorded.
