p2 dualadapter crashing Macbook Pro
So i’m using a macbook pro to bring in p2 cards on location. I have the duel adapter to put the p2s into the express port. Lately every time i connect the adapter the computer crashes, it either freezes or i get the multi language crash. Anyone encounter this or know a solution. I have reloaded the drivers but it doesn’t seem to do much. If i can’t solve this does anyone know of a different device other than the duel adapter. Thanks.

I have not fully testes my duel adapter. I know you are supposed to reboot each time you reinsert your P2 card.
“Notice to Customers Running Mac OS X: Due to a peripherals management limitation in Mac OS X, your MacBook Pro or other Apple computer must be restarted before reinserting the DuelAdapter into the ExpressCard card slot on your computer. We are actively working with Apple and expect to have this situation corrected in a future Mac OS X release.”
