30pn footage from the p2 card was transfered at the wrong rate. The “Remove advanced pulldown and duplicate frames” was selected. The footage is now 23.97 fps in the DVCPro HD 720p60 and looks like the keystone cops, extremely overkranked and missing frames kinda like a timelapse interval recording. Need to get it back to 30pn. Can you HELP?

Do you still have the MXF files? If frames were actually removed and you got rid of the P2 cards and didn’t make a backup of the original contents folders you might be out of luck.

It sounds like a wrong setting in the FCP timeline.
Did you have to render the footage?
If the footage was indeed shot at 30pn and is being played back in a 23.98 timeline then it should be slo-mo not faster like keystone cops. To get that effect you would need to shoot at a slower frame rate than the playback rate.
Try creating a NEW sequence and change the settings to 29.97, then import one of the QT files to that timeline and see if it helps.
If not as Noah said you will need to get back to the MXF files and re-import with the correct settings.
