hi… i use to duplicate a video layer in final cut an put the up layer in “overlay mode” to get a special texture… how can i do that in premiere pro?

Several of the Video Effects that can be applied to clips have a Blending Mode function. Perhaps you can supply some more detail describing the look you are after?
