We are working on a project (Documentary) that is 1h50m. We will be putting the master to Digi Beta and then outsourcing the DVD work. What is the difference in quality that we can do in-house. Our in-house systems does 58min very well, but anything over that starts to jitter a bit on pans. Any suggestions on outsourcing companies?

Laserpacific in L.A. does excellent MPEG-2 encoding.

I could save you a bundle over Laser Pacific :):) Using the same quality encoders. I’m in the LA area.
