I am trying to create some videos for on-demand viewing. I haven’t been able to record on sizes or aspect ratios other than 4:3, 16:9, or HD. Can anybody please advice on how can i create or record a movie that’s for example, 700 x 500 – squared pixels? I need this in order to include the video inside a flash page that has already been designed.
    Thanks in advance…

You can set the frame size to whatever you want in the Broadcast settings.
The issue you’ll run into is that the input aspect ratio frame sizes are based on video frame sizes.
Output can be anything you want though.

Thanks… So in other words, if I choose a size other then the usual NTSC/PAL – SD/HD formats, the result will be distorted ?

There’s too many variables on that to say for sure.
You’re confusing input “canvas” with encoder output.
Wirecast will output whatever frame dimensions you set it for in the encoder.
It’s up to your Flash player to interpret Wirecast output.
