output settings for use in premiere
what Output settings in After Effects give the best results for manipulated images and motion graphics to be added to premiere timeline? Or am I doing something wrong as my graphics are not (Stuttery) smooth playing and blurred in a 4 second pan while a 3 second zoom out is smooth and clear.
