Sorenson Squeeze (and I believe Telestream Episode Pro) can make the MPEG files your spec requires.

    Who is this broadcaster?
(i suspect you’re in the UK since the 14:9 request)

50 mbit and NOT uncompressed audio makes totally no sense to me,
as stereo uncompressed audio is only 1.44 mbit…

    Hi Emment,
The video requirements correspond to an IMX PAL, however the audio do not match: IMX use PCM.
Compressor can do the audio, but not the video.
I don’t think Episode nether Squeeze will be able to do it.
    Mainconcept (https://www.mainconcept.com/site/prosumer-products-4/mpeg-2-20202/features-20220.html) will do it.

sorry i took so long in responding to your kind replies i have been informed that all i have to do is export direct from FCP using IMX PAL (50 Mb/s) settings and thats it email to the digital distribution company who will send ad to what ever tv station you want, no more printing to tape which suites me, well for short projects anyway.
    Cheers Emmet
